I will be writing a longer post than this tomorrow (when I feel normal again, haha) but I wanted to update my readers who are anticipating the results of today's Hot Chocolate 5K.
I ran the whole thing.
My time was 39:44.
I cried at the finish line, but not because I was in pain.

Yeehaw!!!...so proud...I'll bet you'll do a few more 5ks and then you'll be itchin to do 10ks...then relays, halves and then ur first marathon...its all relative...your first marathon will be only as hard as your first 5k, believe it or not...get some physical therapy on that knee...how did the KT work for you?...xoxoxo
