Things I'm learning

  1. I’m an overpronator.
  2. I need new shoes.
  3. When your knee starts to feel like someone’s jabbing an ice pick underneath your knee cap, it’s time to stop for the day.
  4. I have to wait for my stupid knee to heal until I can start working out again.
  5. Leg strengthening exercises, like leg presses, are a good idea.
  6. Don’t bite off more than you can chew because it will bite back.
